Graphic works from the 2000s

Abstractions

Around the year 2000, a new phase began to take shape, marked by a variety of developments. Even in works where the connection to the previous period is clear, there is a noticeable shift toward maximum stylization.

In many compositions, the dominant expressive element is still the line; in others, it is color; and in still others, it is chiaroscuro, which lends them a dramatic quality that is somewhat reminiscent of the "early works."

Finally, the works from the late period are particularly noteworthy; they were created using strips of ink cut from discarded prints and glued onto white sheets of paper.
